1. EU Market: CE Certification
 

Certification Process

• Fill out the CE certification application form and submit company qualifications and product information.
   
• The laboratory determines applicable test standards based on product functions (e.g., LVD Directive, EMC Directive) and provides a
  quotation.
   
• Provide samples and technical documents (user manual, circuit diagrams, etc.).
   
• The laboratory performs testing in accordance with the standards (electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, etc.).
   
• Upon passing the tests, a CE certificate is issued. Lead time: approx. 2–4 weeks.

Core Standards

• Safety standards: EN 60335-1 (general household appliance safety), EN 60335-2-10 (special standard for floor treatment appliances)
   
• EMC standards: EN 55014 (emission and immunity)

2. General Document List

• Product user manual (including function description and technical parameters)
   
• Circuit diagrams, PCB layout drawings, key component list
   
• Samples (including charging dock, adapter and other accessories)
   

3. Notes

• Standards such as the EU RED Directive and FCC Part 15 may be dynamically updated; confirm the latest versions in advance.
   
• Products with wireless functions must also obtain Bluetooth BQB certification if the Bluetooth logo is used (not mandatory, but required when using the Bluetooth mark).
   
• Obtaining the above certifications ensures the robot vacuum meets target market access requirements. It is recommended to reserve 1–2 months​ for the full process.
